At Supreme Security Gear™, your order is handled with care to ensure fast, safe delivery and a worry-free experience.
Shipping Information:
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Times:
• GTA & Ontario: 1–3 business days
• Rest of Canada: 2–7 business days
• Remote locations: 5–10 business days
Shipping Partners: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Canpar or Purolator.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on location & package size.
Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package shows “Delivered”, Supreme Security Gear is not responsible. We will assist with a carrier investigation if marked lost.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you confident in your gear.
Return Window: Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
Items must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• With tags attached
Non-Returnable Items:
• Body armour & carriers (unless defective)
• Custom-made or embroidered items
• Clearance or final-sale items
Exchanges: Size exchanges accepted within 14 days, subject to availability.
Refunds: For eligible returns (unused items, original packaging), refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspection.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
Defects & Incorrect Shipments:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it at no cost.
Order Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.
Fraud Protection:
We may refuse returns or refunds for:
• Tampered products
• Signs of wear/use
• “Wardrobing” attempts
• Fraudulent or charge-back risk orders
We reserve the right to require proof of identity for high-value orders.
